Involvement Consultations

The Involvement Ambassadors are a group of experienced students who are available for one-on-one consultations and group presentations that help connect fellow students to resources to get involved on Mizzou’s campus and discuss the importance of campus involvement.

Involvement Ambassadors will gladly give student groups (campus organization, fraternity or sorority, etc.) or classes (FIGs, SC1150, etc.) a presentation that teaches about the resources this campus has to offer in terms of getting involved, as well as explain the range of benefits that come from that involvement, including growth in social, academic, and career development.

Involvement Ambassador Consultations are 30-minute one-on-one meetings where students have the opportunity to sit with an ambassador and explore different involvement opportunities based on the student’s interests. We’ll help you find direction, narrow down your many options, and get the most out of your opportunities at Mizzou. Consultations can be held in-person or virtually.

To sign up for a consultation:

  1. Log into with your campus pawprint and password
  2. Select “Services”
  3. Search for “Involvement Ambassadors” in the search bar directly below your name.
  4. Schedule an appointment for an “Involvement Consultation”.

If you select the in-person consultation option, come to the Center for Student Involvement, located on the second level of the MU Student Center, for your consultation.

If you have specific questions about involvement or want to make sure we look at certain types of involvement (i.e. campus jobs, service organizations, etc.) drop us a note beforehand in the signup and we will make sure we find extra information for you!

Consultations for the 2020-2021 academic year will begin August 24.
