Fall and Spring Fling

Hosted each fall and spring, this event is a night of food, festivities and fun where students can meet fellow Tigers, explore campus and community resources and get connected to the center.

Celebrated each April, Spring pride offers opportunities to connect with community, engage in peer-to-peer learning, explore interactive education and history and showcase your LGBTQ pride and allyship.

Video Game Fridays

Weekly Video Game Fridays are an energizing space where students can take a study break, go head to head in epic competitions and learn more about the center while enjoying video games together.

History

The LGBTQ Resource Center first opened on October 11, 1995, known as National Coming Out Day within LGBTQ History Month. Today, the center continues to be a source of community, learning and pride. The center hosts interactive, educational experiences, study and focus space, events and opportunities to make new connections and a free library offering hundreds of selections.
