Mizzou Alternative Breaks
Service That Takes you Beyond Campus
Mizzou Alternative Breaks (MAB) is a student-led service program that sends students across the United States to serve communities in need. Trips go out over academic and weekend breaks. MAB is designed to cultivate active citizenship and aims to help students gain a wider perspective of the world and grow within their community.

Our trips are categorized into 16 focuses, each targeting specific community issues.
