Mizzou’s student-run environmental program, Sustain Mizzou, provides you with opportunities to make a difference around campus and the Columbia community. Any Tiger can find a place in Sustain Mizzou — whether you’re exploring new interests or want to take your passion for sustainability to the next level.

Go with the flow or lead the way. Help an existing team clean up Columbia’s waterways or create your own self-directed cleanup crew.

Sustain Mizzou Meetings

Interested in learning more about sustainability, environmental issues and how to get involved across campus? Don’t miss Sustain Mizzou General Meetings! Always highly-interactive, presentations are led by students as well as knowledgeable stakeholders from across campus and Columbia, offering environmental education for beginners and experts alike.

Tiger Tailgate Recycling

Tiger Tailgate Recycling seeks to increase recycling rates at home football games. Student volunteers visit tailgating lots and pass out recycling bags, educate tailgaters on proper game day recycling, and answer any other sustainability questions fans may have.
